HR SPECIALIST
Requirements :
- Maximum age 28 years old
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent
- Required language(s): English, Japanese will be an advantage
- Required skill(s): Strong Analytical Thinking
- Working experience in automotive manufacturing (especially in Human Resource Division) will be an advantage
- Fresh graduates are encourages to apply
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non- supervisor)s specializing in Human Resources or equivalent
- Job role in Organizational Development or General HR
- Have good logic thinking, interpersonal skill, good discipline and communication
- Self motivated, honest, smart, cooperative and hard worker
- Able to perform well in team and work under pressure situation
- Good in arithmetic and statistical skill
- Have a strong leadership skill
- Willing to work in Purwakarta, West Java
