Plant Manager
Job Description:
- Oversee the management of plant related operation (production, quality control, facility management)
- Ensure a safe work environment and compile with all statutory and regulatory requirements
- Establish and direct plant policies and procedures
- Responsible for plant production goals
- Confer with department heads to ensure coordination of purchasing, production, and delivery
- Responsible for establishing all shift production scedules
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Department such as Mechanical, Industrial or Electrical
- At least 4 year(s) of working experience as Plant Manager
- Previous experience in ICT Industry is a must
- Good interpersonal skill as well as attentive to detail
- self-motivated, harworking and demonstrate leadership skill
- Good problem solving skill
- Preferred Age above 35 years old
