office in 1981. In 1989, Allianz established PT Asuransi Allianz Utama
Indonesia, a general insurance company. Then, Allianz entered the business of
life insurance, health and pension funds by establishing PT Asuransi Allianz
Life Indonesia in 1996. Allianz Indonesia is now supported by more than 1,200
employees and more than 17,000 salespeople in 93 sales offices in 46 cities.
Strength is supported by a network of banking partners and other distribution
partners to serve more than 4 million insured in Indonesia. In the first
half of 2014 Allianz Indonesia achieve positive results with Gross Premium
Income (PPB) of whole life insurance business, and the general health of Rp
5.43 trillion. Life and health insurance business in particular PPB posted Rp
4.87 trillion, while the general insurance business PPB reach Rp 555.8 billion.

Provider Management - Health Insurance
Job Description:
- Develop and implement new vision for Provider Management, including Partnership Development, joint marketing campaigns with providers, network overseas expansion
- Establish and provide a medical provider network according to needs of the health insurance business
- Select, contract, manage, and track performance of providers to ensure cost-effective and high quality delivery of medical services to Allianz customers in Indonesia and abroad
- Negotiate discounts and tariffs, liaise with Legal and Compliance, liaise with Sales in organizing Health Talks etc
- Introduce Case Management with CRS and Operations
Requirements :
- Minimum Bachelor Degree (Medical degree is preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience as Provider Management
- Excellent negotiation skills, understanding and experience contracting and relationship management, marketing
