Digital Marketing Center Analyst
Job Description:
- Responsible to follow up leads and talk to customer about our product
- Contact Center is responsible for complete applications for deposit and lending
- Make appointments for customers at our branches or with our direct sales team completion of the account opening process, inform the required documents that needs to be prepared by customer
- Follow up branch and direct sales teams to check on the result of appointments
- Open Customer account and and monitoring initial account deposit
- Prepare credit signing documents
- Prepare and send set up limit documents and send disbursement instruction
Requirements:
- Education minimum bachelor degree (S1) in any discipline from reputable university
- Having minimum 1 year experience in banking industry. Background in digital space engagement will be a plus
- Proficiency in english (writing & speaking)
- Computer literate (ms office)
- Good interpersonal relationship & communication skill
- Strong ability to develop and maintain professional working relationship with business partners
