Promotional Strategic Procurement Officer
Job Description:
- Supports any demand for goods from the work unit (BR / Re & Tender) by analyzing the needs and specifications of goods demanded
- Analyze and estimate the routine needs of the Company as a reference for the tender / contract renewal
- Organizing the process aanwidjzing, tender, together with the work unit
- Clarifying and negotiating with vendors in order to get the price, service and best quality
- Responsible for the tender results and recommend items requested to unit / user
- Monitor to tender contracts that will expire, preparing a new tender contracts along with the accessories and store the documents
- Improve cost efficiency by doing initiatives that can provide more value to the company
- Ensure tender process conducted in accordance procurement policies and SOP
Requirements:
- Minimum education graduates S1
- High integrity
- Able to analyze
- Have experience preferred procurement or tender
- Able to handle relationships with vendors and other Work Unit
- Good computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Internet
