 Assistant Secretary


Job Description:
  • Prepare correspondence, reports and materials for publications and presentations
  • Setup and coordinate meetings, conferences and functions
  • Organize and prepare travel arrangement and other personal needs
  • Compose, transcribe, type, and distributes meeting notes, routine correspondence, and report
  • Perform general clerical duties and maintain filling systems
  • Possess good etiquette and an innate knowledge of proper protocols in managing the wide array of responsibilities
  • Highest regard and appreciation of the sensitivities that comes with exposure to confidential information
Job Specifications:
  • Candidate must possess Diploma degree (preferably majoring Secretary academy form a reputable university with GPA minimum 2,75)
  • Having minimum 3 years of working experience in related field
  • Able to handle competing priorities to successfully meet deadlines and objectives
  • Able to respond quickly and positively to all situations with poise and efficiency
  • Able to work independently and have good discretionary skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer Literate
  • Proficient in English both oral & written
