In the 2007-2013 Gery Chocolatos acquire IBBA under category wafer Stick. GarudaFood Group comes from PT Hood, founded in Pati, Central Java. Company founders is deceased Putro Darmo, ex-soldiers who have chosen to engage in the business sector after the independence of Indonesia. Area Chiller Management Officer

Job Description :

• Manage chiller operation by executing strategic plan from asset management, asset movement (placement, removal/replacement) outlet selection for the asset placement, equipment productivity at outlet, up to budget spending control
• Support the Retail Marketing Manager to plan and monitor the implementation of the retail channel development strategy focusing in expanding the customer/retail-outlet base and route-to-market efficiency
• Support the distributor in developing efficient route-to-market execution
• Coordinate and control support resource under SGB support/budget, i.e. the motorist, TO institution salesman and canvasser

Qualifications :

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree majoring in Engineering, Marketing, Business or other relevant educational background
• 1 - 2 years of experience working in supervisory level as chiller management, customer service, sales marketing
• Good communication skill, analythical thinking
• Willing to work with high mobility
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan
• Full-Time position(s) available
