office in 1981. In 1989, Allianz established PT Asuransi Allianz Utama
Indonesia, a general insurance company. Then, Allianz entered the business of
life insurance, health and pension funds by establishing PT Asuransi Allianz
Life Indonesia in 1996. Allianz Indonesia is now supported by more than 1,200
employees and more than 17,000 salespeople in 93 sales offices in 46 cities.
Strength is supported by a network of banking partners and other distribution
partners to serve more than 4 million insured in Indonesia. In the first
half of 2014 Allianz Indonesia achieve positive results with Gross Premium
Income (PPB) of whole life insurance business, and the general health of Rp
5.43 trillion. Life and health insurance business in particular PPB posted Rp
4.87 trillion, while the general insurance business PPB reach Rp 555.8 billion.
Our job opening for the following position.
Insurance - Learning Consultant
Training Implementation:
- Providing Pre-Training Activities such as : Pre-work, Participants List, Materials, etc
- Implementation of the training
- Preparing Post Training Activities and Report
- Ensure that the training activities planned was implemented smoothly and documented properly
- Training Materials
- Developing, Maintain and Update training program and materials
- Keep up the documentations and its relevancies to the participants
Reports:
- Compiling training reports both financial and class reports from other learning consultant and forward the report to MIS operation
- Ensure that that the training implementation and report are correct
- Knowledge Management and Program Review:
- Compiling all the questions and answers during the programs for knowledge management and program improvement purpose
Job Requirements:
- Having at least Bachelor Degree from reputable universities
- Having passion as trainer
- Good at planning, coordinating, and ability in public speaking skills
