Knowledge Management
Job Role:
- Manage learning forum, competency profile for the organization and positions
- Manage maximum level of alignment and coordination for Knowledge management & competency with business partners functions in the respective areas
Qualifications:
- Minimum BS, preferably MS (HR Management, physiology, economic)
- 3 - 5 years experience working in People Development
- Fluent in English
- Good understanding in Knowlede Management
