- Yet married
- The ODP maximum age 26 years (not repeated year to 27 per 31 September 2014)

Special Qualifications:
- Minimal S1
- 3:00 min GPA 4.00 scale
- Faculty of the Department of Economics, Engineering, Computer Science / Information Technology, Mathematics, Law, Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Psychology
