Inspector- Surveyor
Job Description:
- Conducting a series of closures and survey process or survey claims according to the procedure to obtain complete information about the condition of the insured object at the same time to handle walk-in customers (customer job-related services) if needed
- Doing improvement related scope of work so that work can be done more effectively and efficiently and improve customer satisfaction
- Create reports related to survey activities to provide complete information on all the activities required survey
Qualifications:
- Minimum Education Diploma (preferable majoring in insurance, automotive and mechanical engineering)
- Understanding automotive particular motorcycle and car
- Have a minimum of 1 year experience as a surveyor or in the garage
