Customer Satisfaction Survey Staff
Job Description:
- Collecting HINO Customers database (especially retail customer) from dealers, CRM Dept, survey box, SMS survey, financing companies, and warranty cards
- Conduct customer satisfaction survey to all dealer customers
- Prepare the report of customer satisfaction survey result then share it in internal HMSI and Dealers
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Quantity Survey or equivalent
- Required skill(s): Data analysis, hands on with Microsoft Office, and english communication
- Candidate with 1 year(s) of working experience in call center,survey firm, or data analyst is preferable for this position
- Applicants must be willing to work in Wisma Indomobil II Jl. MT. Haryono Kav. 9 Jakarta
- Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
- Full-Time position(s) available
