Manager Convergence Services

Job Role:
  • Define customer requirements for LE segment B2B mobile customers based on market knowledge and customer insight
  • In coordination with Division Head, define the development goals of Convergence services in line with market requirements
  • Build clear implementation plans for Convergence Services development as a solution for the customers and provide roadmap inputs during planning cycles
  • Prepared to develop convergence product to support introduction of Triple or even Quad Play (Voice, Data, Video, and Mobile)
  • Identify and define the key LE clusters for providing inputs to Network team for required roll-out and/or upgrades
  • Identify changes required in Indosat IT systems in order to deploy products/programs across business support systems
  • Lead coordination with all existing Indosat teams and entities to deliver developed proposition on time and quality as per roadmap
  • Develop Go to Market strategy for each proposition for the Convergence Services to ensure smooth launch   
  • Collect data, analyze information and report performance of LE products and packages (both self and competitors) in the market
  • Develop channel strategy for LE segments and execute it in close coordination with LE Sales teams 
Qualification & Experience:
  • Minimum 5 years marketing / proposition experience in Telecom sector; B2B experience is a plus, Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures
  • Excellent writing, reading and speaking skills in English language
  • Corporate level proficiency in MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, official e-mailing and computer skills, etc.
