subsidiary of PT Bank CIMB Niaga Tbk. The company has permission to do four
business activities, namely the lease (Leasing), factoring (Factoring), the
business credit card (Credit Card) and consumer finance. The company was
established in Jakarta with the name PT Saseka Heats Leasing on December 10, 1981.
Then, in 1993, the company changed its name to PT Saseka Surge Finance with a
focus on business is leasing. In August
2010, PT Saseka Surge Finance officially changed its name to PT CIMB Niaga Auto
Finance. This name change is accompanied by a change in the company's logo.
