Bank OCBC NISP (formerly known as Bank NISP) is the fourth oldest bank
in Indonesia, which was established on April 4, 1941 in London under the name
of NV Nederlandsch Indische Spaar En Deposit Bank. Bank OCBC NISP later
developed into a solid and reliable bank, primarily serving the segment of
small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Bank OCBC NISP officially became a
commercial bank in 1967, foreign exchange bank in 1990 and became a public
company in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 1994. In the late 1990s, the Bank has
made it through the Asian financial crisis and the collapse of the banking
sector in Indonesia, without the support of the government recapitalization
bonds. Bank OCBC NISP at that time became one of the banks in Indonesia to
resume lending soon after the crisis. This initiative allows the Bank recorded
a high growth. With the support of OCBC Bank-Singapore, Bank OCBC NISP has set
an aggressive program to strengthen the infrastructure, including human
resources, information technology and office networks. We invite the young

General Requirements:
- Male / Female, age maximum 25 years (No. 1-2) and 23 years (no. 3)
- Graduates S1 or D3 (no. 1-2)
- 1-4 semester students of all majors with GPA min 2.75 or high school graduate / equivalent value of all majors with a high school diploma 7.5 min (no.3)
- Communicative and attractive with height min. 157 cm
- Have high integrity and willingness to learn as well as service-oriented
