Senior Drilling Engineer (Code :
EXT-SRDR)
Qualifications:
- 15-25 years’ experience in operations and major project developments of >US$ 300 million, preferably in the Middle East and Africa.
- Fluent in written and spoken English. Some knowledge in Arabic would be advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, business negotiation, and analytical skills
- Available for assignments in the Middle East, Africa or Asia and travel throughout these regions.
- Assist drilling support in monitoring & controlling implementation of critical contracts by contractors, by giving advice for improvement & quality control
- Assist drilling support to ensure that all material purchasing for drilling, completion and work over activities are compliant with the specification and standard in Oil & Gas industry
- Assist and ensure all the tender processes and cost control in drilling are compliant with the government & Company standard and regulations
- Involve in monitoring, controlling & reviewing the maintenance program of Company-owned drilling rig, drilling equipment and provide evaluation as required for improvement
- Provide engineering and operational advice to office and field personnel as necessary
