Requirements
- Graduates from the Department of Psychology/Human Resource Management
- A minimum 2.75 Cumulative Achievement Index (scale 4.00)
- Maximum age of 28 years
- Have the ability to communicate well
- Have good interpersonal skills
- Have experience in the same field for at least 1 year
Responsibilities
- Carry out recruitment of manpower to meet the needs of the company
- Carry out the management of the administration of the recruitment and maintenance of data and document workers
- Assist the implementation of activities to look for sources of manpower
- Helps manage and develop human resources
- To help the process of identification and analysis of the position of the workers adapted to the worker's competence
